Chorizo Queso
The most velvety and creamiest queso you can land your chip into
Ingredients
- 10 oz Pork Chorizo
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 16 oz White Velveeta
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 Onion Diced
- 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
Instructions
- In an oven safe pan over medium heat, place butter, chorizo and onions. Cook 5-6 minutes until the chorizo is cooked through.
- Add the can of Rotel, Velveeta, and Sharp Cheddar
- Once melted, add the cream and top with the Monterey Jack Cheese
- Place under your broiler in your oven until the top layer has some good color, maybe 10 minutes.
- Serve with chips and enjoy!
