Chorizo Queso

The most velvety and creamiest queso you can land your chip into

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz Pork Chorizo
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 16 oz White Velveeta
  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

  • In an oven safe pan over medium heat, place butter, chorizo and onions. Cook 5-6 minutes until the chorizo is cooked through.
  • Add the can of Rotel, Velveeta, and Sharp Cheddar
  • Once melted, add the cream and top with the Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Place under your broiler in your oven until the top layer has some good color, maybe 10 minutes.
  • Serve with chips and enjoy!
