Easy Creamy Cheesy Spaghetti
Some people call this Million Dollar Spaghetti, or just simply cheesy spaghetti, but this is my favourite variation that adds some creaminess as well.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Spaghetti Noodles
- 28 oz Spaghetti Sauce
- 8 oz Half & Half
- 6 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- Kosher Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain if necessary, add the garlic and seasonings
- Add the spaghetti sauce, cover and leave on simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil your spaghetti noodles according to box instructions.
- In a separate saucepot, over medium heat, add the half & half, and parmesan cheese. Whisk until the cheese is melted
- Pour the half & half/parmesan into your cooked spaghetti noodles, incorporate well.
- In a 9x13 baking dish, pour the noodles in, then your sauce, and cover with the reaming Monterrey Jack Cheese
- Turn your broiler in your oven on, and broil until nice and golden brown overtop.
- Enjoy!
