Easy Creamy Cheesy Spaghetti

Some people call this Million Dollar Spaghetti, or just simply cheesy spaghetti, but this is my favourite variation that adds some creaminess as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 lb Spaghetti Noodles
  • 28 oz Spaghetti Sauce
  • 8 oz Half & Half
  • 6 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 oz Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • Kosher Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • In a pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain if necessary, add the garlic and seasonings 
  • Add the spaghetti sauce, cover and leave on simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, boil your spaghetti noodles according to box instructions. 
  • In a separate saucepot, over medium heat, add the half & half, and parmesan cheese. Whisk until the cheese is melted
  • Pour the half & half/parmesan into your cooked spaghetti noodles, incorporate well. 
  • In a 9x13 baking dish, pour the noodles in, then your sauce, and cover with the reaming Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • Turn your broiler in your oven on, and broil until nice and golden brown overtop. 
  • Enjoy!
