Bacon Wrapped Sausages with a Cream Cheese Filling
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 Small Can Diced Green Chilies
- 8 oz Shredded Cheese
- Half Strips of Bacon
- 1 pkg Smoked Cooked Sausage
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese and green chilies together
- Cut sausage into .5 inch strips and wrap it in bacon. Make this look like a little shot glass
- Secure the bacon with a tooth pick through the sausage and fill the "glass" with your cream cheese filling
- Bake these at 350 degrees until the bacon is cooked. (35-40 minutes)
