Pork Chorizo

White Velveeta

Sharp Cheddar

Heavy Cream

Rotel
1
Onion
Diced

Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
Instructions
In an oven safe pan over medium heat, place butter, chorizo and onions. Cook 5-6 minutes until the chorizo is cooked through.
Add the can of Rotel, Velveeta, and Sharp Cheddar
Once melted, add the cream and top with the Monterey Jack Cheese
Place under your broiler in your oven until the top layer has some good color, maybe 10 minutes.
Serve with chips and enjoy!
