In a pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain if necessary, add the garlic and seasonings
Add the spaghetti sauce, cover and leave on simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil your spaghetti noodles according to box instructions.
In a separate saucepot, over medium heat, add the half & half, and parmesan cheese. Whisk until the cheese is melted
Pour the half & half/parmesan into your cooked spaghetti noodles, incorporate well.
In a 9x13 baking dish, pour the noodles in, then your sauce, and cover with the reaming Monterrey Jack Cheese
Turn your broiler in your oven on, and broil until nice and golden brown overtop.
