
Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes
This is my favourite “fix it and forget it” slow cooker recipe.
Ingredients
- 30 oz Frozen Hash browns
- 1 cup French Onion Dip (or Sour Cream)
- 3 cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 Small Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Kosher Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your slow cooker, place on high for 3 hours mixing regularly.
- Taste along the way, and when everything seems incorporated well, you are good to go.
- Don’t be afraid to add more cheese.

This is a staple in my house pretty frequently and an easy side that pairs with anything.
